From the 23rd to the 25th of June 2016 ECO-TILES attended the 4th International Conference on Sustainable Solid Waste Management held in the sunny city of Limassol in Cyprus. The conference was organized by LIVE-WASTE LIFE+ project (http://www.livewaste.org), whose objective is to develop, demonstrate and evaluate an innovative approach for sustainable management of livestock waste.
The conference focused on the latest developments in the field of solid waste management and municipal solid waste. Biological Treatment, the treatment at central facilities, waste prevention, separation at source and recycling also constituted priority subjects of the conference.
