Brera Design District Milano is how the Fuori Salone turns an entire district into creativity and where design makes it happens. In that international event, the project LIFE ECOTILES has been presented to former customers and new ones interested in this sustainable project.
It has been explained how a product born to cover horizontal and vertical surfaces can become a distinctive element and how a product born from reuse of waste materials can be useful, practical and even “elegant” in accordance with the Italian tradition.
During these encounters the opportunity of the ECOTILE fitting the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards has been debated. Sustainable indoor flooring may sensibly rise the LEED ratings of a green building. In this prospective the ECOTILE project is looking forward to meet LEED parameters.
